This department is responsible for:

1. Registering creative works – Authors, musicians, filmmakers, and other creators submit their works to be documented in COSOMA’s database.
2. Maintaining copyright records – Keeping a record of all registered works to ensure proper identification and management.
3. Metadata management – Ensuring that works are accurately classified and tagged for tracking purposes.
4. Assisting creators – Helping artists, writers, and musicians understand the importance of documentation in copyright protection.
